Article (113)
All parties to the MEC are concerned with knowing and respecting the contents of the present Rules of Procedure, which will be distributed in a comprehensive manner.
Article (114)
The articles of this Bylaws may not be changed except after the approval of the Board of Directors of the MEC, as it is the sole and authorized authority to change, alter, modify or add some of the Articles contained in these Rules of Procedure. As this change must be dependable with the interest of the MEC, the process of education and the interest of the student.
Article (115)
All that is not provided for in this Law shall be studied and added after being discussed in the Council of the MEC after the vote by a two-thirds majority.
