7th Chapter: Visiting Lecturers and collaborators

Article (59)
The MEC may, on the proposal of the Department and the approval of the College Council invite visiting professors and highly qualified examiners to benefit from them in lecturing or conducting examinations for academic studies. The visitor must not be less than an assistant professor.
Article (60)
The Council of the MEC may, in the case of necessity and in the interest of the public interest, seek the assistance of non-members of the Education Council or expatriates who are experienced and have the necessary scientific conditions, to be appointed as members of an Educational Body for cooperation. They may not assume any administrative duties.
Article (61)
Upon the approval of the Board of Directors of the MEC and the recommendation of the College Council, the Chairman of the MEC may, with the approval of the Council of the College, conclude special employment contracts with distinguished professors in their research or scientific experience who have a university degree to benefit from them in education or to give lectures under a specific educational program under the supervision of a member of the Board of Education Who are in college.
