Article (1)
This law shall apply to the MEC (Medical Education Council).
Article (2)
The following terms, wherever stated in this Regulation, shall be as follows:
- MEC: Medical Education Council.
- Education Staff (Faculty Members): The total number of faculty members, members of the technical staff and the Teaching Assistant.
- Academic Year: The period extending from the beginning of the study to the completion of the examination procedures, including the supplementary examinations.
- School Year: The stage in which a student is pursuing a degree in a particular academic year.
- Quorum Presentation: Number of basic teaching hours as received without any addition or reduction.
