Article (62)
All matters, functions and finances shall be organized for all administrative, financial and technical personnel who are appointed to the MEC and the like. And a decision shall be issued by the MEC Board.
Article (63)
The job description of the administrative, financial, technical and the like, shall be determined by decision on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the MEC.
Article (64)
The MEC works to raise the level of administrative, financial, technical and similar personnel through training programs and courses organized for this purpose at home and abroad.
Article (65)
All of Administrative, financial, technical and all of similar personnel shall be subject to disciplinary sanctions as specified in the Regulations.
