10th Chapter: Study plans in the bachelor's degree.

Article (77)
The Board of Directors of the MEC shall determine the study system and its provisions in the faculties (annual, quarterly, credit hours, etc.) and shall set the organizational structure and study plans accordingly.
Article (78)
The study plans are determined in the internal regulations of the Colleges. These plans show the courses that are studied in them, how they are distributed to the study years or classes, the number of hours allocated for each course, and the department that teaches them or oversees their teaching.
Article (79)
The terms of each course shall be determined by a decision of the Council of Scientific Affairs upon the proposal of the Department Council (if any) and the approval of the College Council.
Article (80)
Courses can be transferred from one semester to another by a decision of the College Council.
Article (81)
The Council of MEC shall determine the start and end of the study according to the approved academic system at the College. The Council of the MEC shall have the right, if necessary, to change the beginning and end of the study in other than the aforementioned dates.
