Article (98)
All parties to the MEC are concerned with knowing and respecting the contents of the present Rules of Procedure, which will be distributed in a comprehensive manner.
Article (99)
The Articles of this Bylaws may not be changed except after the approval of the Board of Directors of the MEC, as it is the only body authorized to change, alter, modify or add some of the articles contained in these Rules and in accordance with the interest of the MEC and the conduct of the educational process and the service of the student.
Article (100)
All that is not stated in these regulations, shall be considered and added after being discussed in the Council of the MEC after the vote by a two-thirds majority.
