The MEC: The (Medical Education Council) is an independent academic and administrative institution, that qualifies the specialized scientific cadres and competencies in different medical branches from different medical specialties such as nursing, anesthesia, physical therapy and emergency.
The MEC shall establish all its scientific and technical capabilities to keep up-to-date of the scientific development of the world, to rise to the level that is scientifically appropriate, and to mobilize scientific capabilities and capabilities for this purpose. The MEC provides a high level of education at the academic level in its various medical programs.

MEC Vision: We hope that the Medical Education Council will achieve a global scientific leadership, be at the forefront of the world-class educational institutions, achieve quality in education and medical research and a distinguished level of competencies based on modern scientific methods in education and provide the conditions encouraging to it.

The mission of the MEC: to provide distinctive education, and to work to develop and meet the growing needs of society through the preparation of nurses and medical personnel with a solid scientific base, committed to the development of their profession and themselves scientifically and practically.

Our Philosophy: We, the Medical Education Council for Medical Sciences, believe that:
Human Being: A social individual who has dignity, respect and self-worth, has social, psychological, social and spiritual needs, contributes effectively to health decisions and has the right to the highest attainable standard of health and good life.
Environment: A group of factors that affect an individual and are influenced by him. The community consists of smaller communities whose members share common interests, common needs, values and beliefs, and who have similar health needs must be met to the best available standards.
Health: It describes the continuous human condition between recovery and illness, and must be integrated physically, psychologically, mentally, spiritually and socially. Health care is an integral part of the health system and is the basis for the country's overall social and economic development.

Objectives of the MEC: The MEC aims to:
- Establishing knowledge and skills and improving academic performance, in order to enrich the human knowledge and social interaction with society.
- Provide the community and health institutions with the necessary cadres for medical services.
- Contribute to the provision of educational institutions cadres to cover the shortfall caused by migration.
- the localization of science and the dissemination of knowledge culture and increase health awareness in the community.
- Promote the values of objectivity, neutrality and freedom of scientific research, and develop the analytical and monetary capacities of students.
- Contribute to the formation of a culture that establishes a value system conducive to the culture of work and production, instills a sense of responsibility, deepens the sense of identity, devotes to the commitment to citizenship rights, and helps to create a citizen who is aware and plays his role in society.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive health development of society, and the development of a global health professional system.
Article (8): General Objectives of Medical Colleges:
- Graduating nurses, anesthetists and physiotherapists and therapists' emergency situations who are able to provide medical and health quality care, suitable for all segments of society in the medical clinics, health centers, hospitals and centers of physiotherapy and place of occurrence of emergency situations for patients and healthy, and preventive and therapeutic level.
