Article (1):
This law shall be applicable to the following MEC, the Medical Education Council, and to be work in this Bylaws starting on the first workday of the MEC.
Article (2):

MEC: Medical Education Council.
Medical Colleges: College of Nursing, College of Anesthesia, College of Physiotherapy and College of Emergency Medicine.
Education Staff: Total faculty members and members of the technical staff and teaching assistants.
Academic Year: The period extending from the beginning of the study to the completion of the examination procedures, including the supplementary examinations.
School Year: The stage in which a student is pursuing a degree in a particular academic year.
Quorum Presentation: Number of basic teaching hours as received without any addition or reduction.
Administrative Organization: The method of activity in terms of division of labor and distribution to units and define the terms of reference and responsibilities of these units and their employees and the way of communication and the course of executive procedures.
Organizational Structure: It is a hierarchical form that represents the administrative hierarchy in the college and the faculty, where departments, departments and jobs are visible within the educational institution.
Administrative Paperwork Movement: through the transmission path of applications, letters and papers issued and contained within the educational institution or between institutions.
Additional Assignment: The number of hours assigned to a member of the educational body from the educational or administrative point of view, which exceeds the quorum specified for him per week.
